Facility Management is a relatively new industry that began in the United States in the 1970s but first appeared in Europe only in the early 2000s. It was initially adopted by Central and Northern European countries, where it has now become one of the key sectors of their economies. In Greece, Manifest was the first company to develop all sectors of Facility Management with its own resources and expertise and has therefore already undertaken the most significant projects in the country.
